By using EmailKnow you agree to these terms.
The service
EmailKnow is a Gmail extension and companion service that tracks opens/clicks, organizes a Waiting queue, suggests next actions, and—on your instruction—sends follow-ups through your Gmail account or generates an editable AI draft.
Tracking is not guaranteed accurate
Open tracking is inherently imperfect. Image proxies (e.g. Apple Mail Privacy Protection), disabled images, and corporate security filters can prevent or distort signals. We label confidence honestly and make no guarantee of accuracy.
Deliverability
Follow-ups are sent through your own Gmail account and are subject to Gmail's sending limits and spam policies. You are responsible for lawful, non-abusive use.
Acceptable use
Do not use EmailKnow for unsolicited bulk email, harassment, deceptive tracking, or any unlawful purpose. You must obtain any consent required for open or click tracking, honor recipient preferences, provide sender identification and a valid postal address when applicable, and comply with anti-spam, privacy, employment-monitoring, and communications laws in every destination. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Google's policies.
AI content and authority to submit
AI drafts are produced by a Cloudflare Workers AI-hosted model, may be inaccurate or inappropriate, and are provided only for your review and editing; they are never sent automatically. You must have the rights or lawful basis needed to submit email content, and must not submit passwords, verification codes, payment-card data, medical records, identity documents, trade secrets, or unlawful content.
Availability
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Subscriptions, AI Credits, and refunds
Stripe subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled through the Stripe customer portal. AI Credits are charged from actual token usage; provider failures or unusable empty results release the reservation. Plan Credits expire with the billing period, while purchased Credits remain valid for 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date.
